Contract with the Jailer of the planet Earth and UN reform

During my travel throughout Americas (ended 10 days after me visiting Machu Picchu) all conflicts between countries around the world will be stopped based on my words. Where I didn't make a judgement, ask for it or make your best just and honorable judgement while praying to Allah to guide you.

Same goes for civil wars. I don't expect perfection in stopping all of them immediately, as I imagine some of them, especially the ones with many groups involved, might take a bit longer to settle, but do your best (this also includes all of the other points bellow as well).

All corrupt politicians and state officials will be exposed together with their accomplices and start to be judged by their countries. The ones that were involved in crimes against humanity will be judged in front of international courts as well. (There is an exception for Trump administration, but only if they acted as they were supposed to, based on my deal with it, otherwise they are to be put in front of courts as well)

All of the corrupt businessmen and other individuals performing horrible crimes will be exposed and judged in courts of their countries and countries where they performed these crimes.

All of the pedophiles (definition - adult who sexually abused [or were part of their abuse f.e. by consuming child pornography] or raped minors – definition: any human bellow 18 years old) and human traffickers around the world will be exposed and begin to be judged in courts of their countries and countries where these acts were performed. Also, the process of drafting laws protecting children of up to 18 years old from sexual abuse and rape will start immediately in UN. The countries, where such laws are not implemented yet, will start implementing them immediately. (Leave there exceptions for young couples that are close in age)

All of the poisons not only in our food, drinks and drugs will be exposed and people, who were knowingly (or were supposed to know if not negligent) poisoning the population of planet Earth, will begin to be judged in courts of their countries and countries they were distributing poisons to.

All of the poisons used to seriously harm our planet and its life form inhabitants will be exposed and people who were knowingly (or were supposed to know if not negligent) poisoning it, will begin to be judged in courts of their countries and countries they were poisoning. When it comes to harming international waters, they will be also judged by international courts.

All of the government's secrets about their current and past behavior will be revealed to the general public.

All of the journalists covering for any of the above mentioned crimes will be exposed and begin to be judged in courts of their countries.

All of the hidden history will be revealed to the general public.

Hidden technology is to be released to general public in next 5-40 years depending on the type of technology. When will each specific technology be released, is to be discussed in detail between me and the jailer and transparently released as an attachment of this contract, once agreed upon in person by me. This includes all hidden technology except for the technology, that was used for crimes against humanity and other hyenous crimes like murder and destruction of people's living conditions. That technology is to be revealed immediately, so humanity is able to sentence criminals that used it for such crimes. The end of these 40 years will mark full release of humanity from our prison.

Reformation of UN will start based on this template:

UN General Assembly becomes the main and highest-ranking body of UN with these powers:

1. 51% of the vote - Condemnation of country's behavior

2. 73% of the vote - Granting refugee status to groups of people affected by war, civil war or oppression.

3. 80% of the vote – Mandatory arms embargo of a country by all UN countries.

4. 85% of the vote – Mandatory complete economic embargo of a country by all UN countries except for food and other completely basic life necessities.

5. 90% of the vote – Exactly defined Casus Belli against a country. This also automatically includes arms and economic embargoes.

6. 90% of the vote – Confirmation of the new rule in a country where revolution happened. (If the country is not confirmed by the body, it will have a standby status where they cannot vote in UN but can be traded with, as if they were in UN, unless they are aggressive towards other UN country or are oppressive towards its own citizens – human rights, crimes against humanity and so on). Other option for countries after revolution to become full member of UN is for the country to go through democratic election that is supervised by every UN country that is interested in supervising this election. More details on such election below.

7. 70% of the vote – Ask The Great Council for opinion about passing powers number 2 and 3. 5 out of 7 Great Council votes are needed to lower vote treshold of those powers by 10%.

8. 80% of the vote - Ask The Great Council for opinion about passing powers number 4, 5 and 6. 6 out of 7 Great Council votes are needed to lower the vote treshold of those powers by 10%.

Any country, that will not follow UN embargoes, will automatically become embargoed itself.

Casus Belli means that any country is allowed to declare war on that country to achieve the Casus Belli objective, but it is not mandatory for UN countries to join the war!

Refugee status will be reworked and based on my iPhone notes.

Being part of UN is not mandatory and countries can leave it at will but it doesn't make sense to do so, as it is easier to embargo etc. your country that way.

Countries that are not part of UN can be traded with as if they were in UN, unless they are hostile to any UN country, are participating in crimes against humanity or are oppressive towards their own population, f.e. with removal of basic human rights.

UN Security Council will be dismantled and instead of it, new body will be created called The Great Council with 7 permanent seats. Every seat has all together one vote – 51% + agreement needed for each.

• Current Muslim world around North Africa and Middle East up to Turkey and Iran

• South America + Oceania + some African countries

• Three way split vote between USA, India and Japan + some Asian countries

• Three way split vote between China, Russia and some African countries

• Rest of Africa

• Three way split vote between Mexico, Canada + other central Americas countries, rest of Asian countries

Exact fair split is to be still defined after proper and detailed work with focus on population numbers, resources, historical grievences + alliances and geography. The above mentioned split is what makes sense to me at first thorough glance.

The Great Council can also be called for intervention (to suggest usage of UN powers 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6) by The Great Council Chairman, 100% vote of 1 seat or 66% vote of 2 seats. They need to be confirmed by the same amount of votes, as if UN Assembly asked for the opinion of The Council by powers no. 7 and 8.

Up to my 80 years of age, I will hold the seat of The Great Council Chairman, that has no vote in the decisions. And my only real power, apart from being a voice of reason in The Great Council debates, will be the call for intervention which still has to be voted on as mentioned above. After my 80 years birthday or if I decide to step down from the position earlier, 8th seat will be removed completely and the chairman position will be chosen by drawing lots every 5 years with all 7 permanent seats having to hold the position once in 35 years. After that, drawing lots start from the beginning.

Under arms embargo, dual-use technologies and weapon components and parts are automatically included. Also all raw materials used to create stronger than manhandable weapons (definition: Basic weapons that are wearable on soldiers themselves without any special aids like mecha suits. Mecha suits also don't fall into manhandable category, unless soldiers can reasonably lift these suits by themselves without any additional aid [even from the mecha suit itself]. Manhandable weapons include rifles, pistols and don't include long range controlled weaponry like drones) are to be embargoed as well, including even as basic raw materials as steel.

Embargoes can be adjusted with additional UN Assembly votes with the same minimum vote needed as the minimum for the embargo itself. These embargo attachments are always to be voted on separately.

For country that went through revolution and wants to be included as a full member of UN through elections, there are a few ground rules. Apart from international countries oversight, no political party or person is to be forbidden from running, unless they took part in or promote crimes against humanity, taking away basic human rights (those will be extended and adjusted in future) or are proven without shadow of doubt to be traitors of such country or other highly corrupt behavior that makes it more than reasonable for them to be excluded from the election. If such people are forbidden from running in the election, all other people that are promoting or took part in similar acts are to be forbidden from running as well, otherwise the election doesn't meet the standard of same rules for everyone, which automatically excludes the election to be considered by UN as fair.

This is the main basic template for new UN, that is to be still worked on and improved in future.

Jailer's personal part of the contract:

Jailer will let themselves known to humanity immediately (throughout my previously mentioned travels in Americas ended 10 days after me visiting Machu Picchu) and they will transparently release their full membership, as well as full archive of their activity over the span of their whole existence.

Humanity agrees not to harm the jailer after their reveal, except for possibility where controlling body consists of many individuals whom were part of child abuse, human trafficking or were directly involved in crimes against humanity. Those will be sentenced in courts and put to jail.

In case other individuals of controlling body were involved in other hyenous crimes towards humanity, they will be judged by me and the rest of the humanity and sentenced based on our judgement in courts.

In case the jailer is a one specific person, he/she will be jailed in a prison of my own design for the rest of their life, with circumstances similar to the ones prepared by me for Israelis who took part in the genocide of Palestinians, with one main deviation, that at least some of its labor will be monitoring and making sure that I am conforming to this agreement, as well as advising and sharing his experience with me.

In both cases, subordinates of the jailer will face judgment in courts depending on the crimes they were part of.

In case jailer is a controlling body of many individuals, the council of the ones that don't end up in prisons for their crimes will be also required.

Since the beginning of its sentence, jailer will completely cease control over humanity and give over reigns to me, Iniko and the rest of the humanity.

My personal part of the contract:

Me and Iniko (if Iniko is willing to join me - if not I am willing to stay there by myself) will get a secluded island. We will be forbidden to leave that island for next 40 years with exceptions mentioned later.

Island is to be in warm climate with easy access to the ocean and will be big enough for farming (animals and plants) and house big enough for big family, close relatives and close friends visits, gym, playgrounds for sports and children, natural vegetation (forest!), small river with small waterfall, big enough lab and other needs like library, recording studio and so on. The climate is to be similar to Canary Islands, Cape Verde, Aruba, Barbados, and Turks & Caicos with little to no heavy rainy seasons.

Our household will have a few handpicked (by me and Iniko) servants helping us with household choirs.

We will have full access to all media from the Earth and will be provided with food, shelter, all the books, additional tools and animal friends of our choosing needed for my, Inikos, our children, other family and friends needs and wants. There is an exception for the tools, with which we would be able to directly communicate with the outside world, those are to be forbidden, apart for the later mentioned exceptions.

If I, Iniko or anyone from our team (definition: whole humanity) comes up with a technology that we will feel like the human race is ready for, we will be able to realease it for humanity to use it as a patent (my version of it - where the patent owner gets monetary kickback for the patented technology if used in the product) accessible and useable by everyone, except for extremely dangerous technology for which regulations will be created. We will be able to also make investments, run businesses for which we will be able to communicate with employees, job applicants and business partners through any means necessary to our satisfaction.

Once 15 years old, our children will be able to leave the island (apart for other situations mentioned in this agreement) even if we stay jailed and they will of course be able to visit whenever they want.

The general public will have access to parts of our whatabouts and whereabouts on and off the island that we will feel comfortable sharing (once in a while bulletproof sign of our life is required for general public - those will be travels to different parts of the world for history, sight seeing, vacations with or without our children and other not only educational trips. Those are to be unlimited).

We will also be allowed to leave the island for unlimited time for science experiments unable to be done on the island, special family, work or other occasions like f.e. music concerts, whether performed by us or by anyone else.

We will be able to communicate and work with experts for our science, art and other projects. We will be able to communicate with our close relatives and friends, as well as have unlimited visitations.

I will receive 1,25 bil. CZK (+inflation since 15.2.2024) to my Fio bank account.

When needed treatment, we will have access to health professionals.

Iniko, me and our children (definition: whole humanity) vow not to break out of the prison unless jailer breaks the conditions agreed upon in this agreement.

By me posting this agreement online, I take it as if the Jailor agreed to the conditions of this agreement.
